history, position description and the opportunity implicit within the
organization. The initial meeting
with the candidate is always in person. During
the course of the interview, we learn the specifics of the candidate’s
background, employment history and personal goals.
When we establish that the candidate’s background and goals are a fit
with our client’s opportunity, the introduction is made.
We manage the search process by scheduling interviews, giving feedback
and checking references. At MANIFEST, the placement is just the beginning. We follow up for the long term. We are dedicated to building and maintaining long-term relationships.
